You’ll lie down fully clothed in a safe, calm, and relaxing space. I gently place my hands on or just above your body in specific positions, allowing Reiki energy to flow. Every session is unique, and there’s no right or wrong way to experience it.

Reiki energy is not bound by time or space. During a distant Reiki session, you’ll relax in a quiet space of your choice while I connect with you energetically. Many people report sensations, relaxation, or emotional shifts similar to an in-person session. Distant Reiki is equally effective and received without needing to be in the same physical location.

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice so the appointment can be offered to someone else. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may be charged in full.
